The Idea Behind the Knife
Our friend Roman had been experimenting with the design of our 3DTi TiRex—and from that, the idea for this tool was born. Together, we refined the concept and developed two initial variants: ultra-light EDC tools designed for standard 19 mm utility blades with a maximum length of 61 mm.
Thanks to the interchangeable blade system, you always have access to a sharp and affordable cutting edge—and if needed, the blades can of course be resharpened. The 3D-printed PA11 sheath ensures a secure fit and also allows the tool to be carried as a neck knife.
This model comes with the practical 3DTi titanium clip and ring bead, allowing for true deep-carry in the pocket and making it perfectly suited for everyday use. The ring bead is a true highlight of this knife: it enables quick “flipping”, effectively extends the handle, and provides a much more secure and substantial grip. At the same time, it allows for fast and intuitive retrieval from the pocket.

Knife Sharpener "Metamorph"
This knife sharpener is our own development and a very practical accessory for all knife fans. The special feature is its flexibility: the sharpener can be carried safely on a key ring but also fits into the handles of our two models UniTi and TiBa. The rod is screwed into the M4 thread in our caps and is thus secure against shattering. In a few easy steps, the grip cover can be unscrewed and screwed back on upside down. This creates a very comfortable grip and the blade can be pulled off in a controlled manner. The ruby has an unlimited service life and keeps even our wear-resistant blades very sharp for a long time.All individual parts are printed and finished in titanium. The high-quality ruby rod with 70mm usable length is cut to size ourselves. Titan Bead "GRAVEL"
This titanium bead in a GRAVEL design goes well with our TiRex in the same design. The surface has a very fine structure and can only be produced using 3D printing. A special piece of jewelry for eternity, made in Sauerland.When you order this bead, it will be knotted to the TiRex with the lanyard of your choice. Please specify the number of the lanyard in the comment field. The lanyard options can be seen in the product photos. Note: in the product photo, the pattern does not yet fit perfectly with the knife handle. However, we have changed that and now both harmonize perfectly, as can be seen in the photo from the 3D design.
Titanium Bead "RING"
This Titanium, ring shaped bead fits perfectly to our TiRex. This combination allows you to hold the knife securely but with great mobility thanks to the flexible lanyard. You can drop it and swing it back into your hand with a small movement, opening up a whole new range of possibilities for your work. With an inner diameter of 23 mm, the ring fits over almost every little finger. The idea behind the knifeOur TiNy series in Floe design was developed with the goal of offering our no-compromise 3DTi design in even more compact and lightweight form. The TiNy with droppoint blade is, despite the extremely low weight of only 80 grams, as stable as a full-tang of the same length. The handleThe ultralight and stable 3DTi handle made of titanium with the texturing in Floe pattern enables a safe handling even in sweat, wet and cold due to the uniform roughness. Together with the pronounced finger protection, this ensures maximum safety. Weighing only 38 grams, the handle allows long work without fatigue. In winter, the low mass with the poor thermal conductivity of titanium ensures that the handle is at body temperature in just a few seconds, even in wet and cold conditions, making it suitable for use in all climates. We recommend this grip for glove sizes S-XL.The bladeThe Tiny with 100 mm droppoint blade made of 14C28Nsteel was designed by us as a universal work knife with 2.8 mm blade thickness . The droppoint shape, with its balanced geometry, enables excellent cutting performance with the highest load capacity of the cutting bevel. The stonewashed surface makes the blade insensitive to scratches and is lowly reflective. The Ricasso provides long-term resharpenability.
